This “petting zoo” allows young children to see the accordion up close, meet musicians, hear the instrument played, and give the instrument a try. It’s a great way to introduce young children to the joy of music-making.
Sponsored by the Accordionists & Teachers Guild, International, a non-profit organization of accordion teachers, students, composers, professional musicians, and hobbyists from around the world. Its goal is to foster an appreciation of this remarkable instrument and its music.
